Lillian Luu

Lillian is a Senior Director with more than two decades of experience in strategic advisory, treasury, capital markets, asset-backed securities, accounting, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, integration, process improvement, restructuring, and executive management positions for both public and private companies.

Lillian has extensive leisure and hospitality industry experience and has worked with Mackinac Partners for many years on restructuring, financial operations, and refinancing transactions for key clients across sectors that include leisure and hospitality, travel, food/agriculture, manufacturing, construction, and real estate.

Prior to joining Accordion, Lillian has held senior executive finance roles whereby she was responsible for overseeing global finance, shared services, working capital, liquidity, capital markets, corporate and consumer debt facilities, banking, credit, and merchant services.  Lillian has led negotiation, compliance, and administration of corporate credit facilities, including financial and other performance covenants and compliance audits.  In addition, Lillian has executed numerous asset-backed securities of consumer finance portfolios, participated in due diligence, evaluated M&A transactions, consolidated and integrated acquisitions, and implemented internal controls and Sarbanes Oxley compliance.

Lillian began her career in a public accounting firm specializing in real estate, construction, retail, professional services, and manufacturing.  She was responsible for performing and reviewing various audit procedures and advisory services as well as training new staff accountants.

Lillian earned her M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and  a B.S. in accounting from Saint Mary’s College.  She is a Certified Public Accountant in California (inactive).
