Kyle is a Solution Lead in Accordion’s CFO Tech practice who brings six years of expertise implementing Oracle EPM solutions, specializing in Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) and Account Reconciliation (ARC). With a proven track record of success across Fortune 500 companies and private equity-backed firms, Kyle delivers tailored solutions that streamline financial close processes, automate reconciliations, and enhance compliance. By leveraging deep technical knowledge and a client-first approach, Kyle empowers finance teams to unlock the full potential of Oracle EPM.
Prior to joining Accordion, Kyle was a Finance Project Manager at SharkNinja. There, he oversaw the implementation and administration of Oracle’s financial consolidation & close and account reconciliation systems for the global business. In this role, he was responsible for administering both tools to ensure smooth operation and compliance across regions, including the US, Canada, Europe, and China. Kyle played a pivotal role in training end-users worldwide, created the company’s internal and external financial reports, managed the global consolidation process, and collaborated closely with controllership to ensure audits were passed with flying colors.
Kyle earned his B.S. in Finance with a major concentration of Applied Analytics from Bryant University.
