Kyle Carmody

Kyle Carmody

Kyle is a Director with a decade of deals experience in Corporate Finance and Consulting roles in the Financial Services and Healthcare sectors. He has performed numerous tax and operational due diligences and developed and implemented strategic initiatives in support of the execution of post merger integrations and/or separations.

Kyle has led and participated in the integration and separation of businesses for both private equity and corporate clients. He has created and executed governance structures and leveraged project management techniques to facilitate Day 1 Readiness. Kyle has overseen the development of Transition Service Agreements, which included creating the pricing model for such services, developing integration playbooks, analyzing income statements, and supporting documentation to develop revenue and expense synergy models.

Kyle was previously the Chief Financial Officer of an insurance brokerage whose primary strategy was to acquire and consolidate other brokerages. This venture was owned by a large private equity company. Here, Kyle was responsible for overseeing the integration of all subsidiaries from an operational and financial perspective. Additionally, he oversaw the financial reporting, payroll, accounting policies, operating budgets, tax, IT department, and handled management of outside accounting firms.

Kyle began his career as an Officer in the United States Army. He served for two combat tours in Iraq; earning two Bronze Star Medals, one with the Valor device.

Kyle graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with an MBA in Finance and Accounting. He is also a licensed CPA in New York.
