Kristina is a Director with nearly a decade of consulting experience in the financial services and life sciences industries. Kristina’s experience includes performance improvement, CFO organization transformation, and technology automation and consolidation. She helps clients identify opportunities to enhance reporting, streamline operations, and reduce costs.
Before joining Accordion, Kristina spent four years at Grant Thornton in both the Regulatory and Compliance and Transformation practices. Kristina developed customized strategies for clients in the financial services industry to optimize performance, enhance efficiency, and reduce risk. Additionally, Kristina conducted business intelligence and data analytics assessments and developed strategic roadmaps.
Kristina’s experience also includes establishing Transformation Management Offices for the CFO organization to prioritize projects and enable greater visibility into enterprise-wide initiatives.
Kristina graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a dual degree in Information Systems and Supply Chain Management. She is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
