Kevin is a Senior Managing Director with more than 30 years of proven experience in leading private and public corporations in market growth and restructuring initiatives. Having served as a senior executive for several top companies including Dunkin’ Donuts NDCP, Strategic Equipment and Supply Corporation, United Site Services, LSG Lufthansa/Sky Chefs, Pulte Corporation, and PepsiCo Food Systems Worldwide – Kevin has extensive cross-industry experience in growth and stakeholder value initiatives.
Kevin has been directly responsible for over forty M&A transactions (buy and sell), as well as numerous P&L performance improvement initiatives, financial and organizational restructurings, and supply chain and market optimization projects.
Kevin served as the CEO and board member for Dunkin’ Donuts NDCP, the largest member-owned supply chain cooperative and distribution provider in North America, with current annual revenues approaching $2B. Kevin’s efforts delivered over $300M in savings and supported the opening of over 900 new Dunkin’ restaurants winning the Dunkin’ Brands 2012 Global Supplier of the Year.
Kevin has also served on the executive senior staffs of Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and KFC (as part of PepsiCo) and USDA and FDA controlled food production and delivery for LSG/Sky Chefs, where his efforts increased profitability by $30M and productivity by 9% for the core US business segment, while setting record customer quality and safety results for all airline carriers and reversing multi-year negative trend.
Kevin’s B2B experience includes serving as the President and CEO of Strategic Equipment and Supply Corporation, a privately held food service equipment/services company, Executive Group Vice President for U.S. Core markets for LSG Lufthansa/Sky Chefs, President & CEO of their wholly owned subsidiary, Builders Supply and Lumber, and President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Pulte Corporation – where he helped reduce cost-of-sales $150M by formulating and implementing unprecedented supply chain optimization strategies for the world’s largest publicly traded home builder.
Kevin also served as Vice President for PepsiCo Food Systems Worldwide. In each of his roles, Kevin has consistently recruited and developed leadership teams to drive aggressive growth (M&A and organic), improve market share position, increase stakeholder value, and capture industry leadership and market share. Throughout his career, he has led a diverse range of initiatives involving M&A transactions (buy and sell), balance sheet restructuring, purchasing, service quality, productivity, cost control, new market segmentation, recapitalization, and ERP conversions.
Kevin is a recipient of numerous academic and football honors including All Pac-8 Conference (1st), All Pacific Coast (1st), All-American (AP-HM) and Academic All-America football teams. He is a member of the Football Writers Association of America as well as a frequent contributor to ESPN/WeAreSC.
Kevin earned his M.B.A. and B.S. in Business Administration/Finance from University of Southern California, while also being recognized as a standout academic athlete.
