Kerri is a Director at Accordion, experienced in guiding Sponsors and CFO organizations through Finance value creation initiatives and executing complex M&A integration/separation, both buy-side and sell-side.
Since joining Accordion, Kerri has driven value creation through Transaction Services and Finance operations for Sponsors and their portfolio companies, including H.I.G. Capital, The Carlyle Group, and Altaris Capital.
Kerri supports clients through the entire carve-out lifecycle: from diligence and assessment, to post-sign readiness planning, to post-close execution, to successfully standing up operations. She has stood up “greenfield” carve-out targets, including transition management through a Separation Management Office, negotiation and operationalization of Transition Services Agreements, and standup of overhead functions. Kerri is experienced in Finance function standup and process improvement.
Prior to joining Accordion, Kerri was a consultant at Ernst & Young in the CFO Advisory practice based in San Francisco. During her time at EY, she supported CFO organizations through M&A integration, focused on reporting and data integration. She also assessed and advised companies looking to scale, mature, or reorganize their Finance functions.
