Kerri is a Director at Accordion, experienced in guiding private equity sponsors through complex M&A separation/integration, both buy-side and sell-side. Kerri is experienced across carve-outs, merger integration, sell-side divestitures, and diligence.
Clients include H.I.G. Capital, The Carlyle Group, Kohlberg & Company and FFL Partners.
Kerri supports clients on the buy-side through full-cycle carve-outs and integration. This includes diligence on standalone costs to support value analysis, post-sign Day 1 readiness planning and TSA operationalization, and post-close execution to successfully stand up operations and exit seller support. She leads overall carve-outs through a central Separation Management Office and owns the Finance function standup/integration. She supports clients on the sell-side through divestiture and separation planning, including diligence, development of operational separation strategy and employee/asset/contract deal perimeters, and negotiating, writing, and costing TSA’s. She is specialized in finance operations and versed across all back office functions.
Prior to joining Accordion, Kerri was a consultant at Ernst & Young in the CFO Advisory practice. During her time at EY, she supported clients through business process improvement, finance transformation, and post-merger integration.
