Kerri is a Director at Accordion, experienced in guiding Sponsors and CFO organizations through Finance value creation initiatives and executing complex M&A separation/integration, both buy-side and sell-side.
Since joining Accordion, Kerri has driven value creation through Transaction Services and Finance operations for Sponsors and their portfolio companies, including H.I.G. Capital, The Carlyle Group, and FFL Partners.
Kerri supports clients through the entire carve-out lifecycle: from strategy and diligence, to post-sign Day 1 readiness planning, to post-close execution to successfully stand up operations. She has stood up “greenfield” carve-out targets, including overall transition management through a Separation Management Office, development and operationalization of complex Transition Services Agreements, and standup of all overhead functions. Kerri is experienced in Finance function standup and process improvement, across industry sectors.
Prior to joining Accordion, Kerri was a consultant at Ernst & Young in the CFO Advisory practice based in San Francisco. During her time at EY, she supported CFO organizations through M&A integration, and assessed and advised companies looking to scale, mature, or reorganize their Finance functions.
