Kelsey is an Associate Learning Administrator with 8 years of experience in Talent Team and Learning & Development roles.
Before joining Accordion, Kelsey spent four years at EY. In addition to her time at EY, she also gained experience in sports management and tech startups. Most recently, she served as a Senior Associate and Learning Delivery Specialist, while also holding a leadership role in the Dallas/Fort Worth LGBTQ+ Professional Network.
Kelsey has worked on senior-level programs, including a Global New Partner Program, and has deployed essential firm-wide initiatives. She has also gained expertise across various talent team functions, developing a deep knowledge of multiple LMS and HRIS systems.
In 2023, Kelsey was honored with the Mentor of the Year award from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Dallas. She graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.A. in History and was inducted into the Phi Alpha Theta National Honor Society of History.
