Karishma is a Career Development Analyst with 3 years of experience working on People teams. Additionally, she has 5 years of qualitative research experience in both university and corporate settings.

After completing her master’s degree, Karishma worked at ZT Systems as a Human Resources Analyst for about a year before joining Inmar Intelligence’s People Analytics team. She enjoyed working on high-impact HR initiatives and combining her passions for Applied Psychology and data.

Previously, Karishma interned in People Development at Tesla, where she assisted with all things related to the new hire experience. Additionally, she onboarded new hires at TransPerfect, a leading translation services company also headquartered in NYC. Accordion is her first role in the finance industry and she is very excited to be a part of the Talent Development team!

Karishma earned her B.S. in Psychology from UT Austin in 2019. She moved to NYC in 2021 to attend NYU’s M.A. program in I-O Psychology, graduating in 2023. She took on a leadership role as the Director of Talent Development of WSMC, NYU’s student-run consulting group.
