Julia is a Director with over 7 years of experience in finance operating model transformation, finance process transformation and Global Business Services (GBS). Julia has experience in large-scale business transformation with multiple Fortune 500 companies, mainly across Health, Life Sciences and Telecommunications industries.
Before joining Accordion, Julia was a Manager at Ernst & Young within their Finance Strategy & Transformation consulting practice, specializing in Finance transformation across Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash and Source-to-Pay functions. Additionally, she has extensive experience in enhancing FP&A processes, from implementing driver-based planning and rolling forecast to assisting senior client executives with determining the optimal technology stack to optimize their FP&A function.
Julia has also facilitated the set-up of Shared Services Centers (SSCs) to assist clients in outsourcing operations, and she is experienced in implementing the associated governance and reporting framework required. She has worked directly with senior client executives to establish operational and strategic KPIs to measure business performance and drive value creation.
Julia received her B.B.A. in Financial Consulting from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
