Julia Kraemer

Julia is a Director in the Operational & Technical Accounting Advisory practice at Accordion with more that a decade of experience in deal advisory, strategy consulting and audit. Julia is specialized in advising private equity funds / PortCos, financial institutions and public companies on business strategy, complex M&A and capital markets transactions, divestitures and associated financial accounting and reporting.

Before joining Accordion, Julia assumed a leadership role in strategy consulting at EY-Parthenon where she advised Finance function’s C-level executives and their teams on development of integration/separation strategies, preparation and execution of integration/separation plans, and the successful change of operations, functions and people.

At PwC, both in the USA and in Germany, Julia provided financial reporting and complex accounting advisory services to private equity funds/portfolio companies, S&P 500, and middle-market companies in the context of M&A, divestitures, and capital markets transactions. Additionally, at PwC Gemany, Julia also served as lead project manager in financial analysis and certification services in international development cooperation projects across Global Emerging Markets.

Julia’s experience includes working with global companies with operations throughout North America and Europe, she also gained extensive experience at managing multiple projects in emerging markets across the worlds. Julia advised clients across diverse industries, including financial services, alternative investment management, pharma, data and technology.

Julia started her professional career at PwC Germany in the audit practice where she performed comprehensive audit procedures for clients in the transportation and energy sectors.
