Jubin Pandey

Jubin is a Vice President with eight years of wide-ranging, global experience in restructuring, private equity, and investment banking. He has extensive experience in assessment and creation of financial and operational restructuring strategies, development and assessment of business plans and metrics, operational and financial due diligence, performance improvement diagnostics, financial modeling, budgeting, planning and forecasting process, cost rationalization, business valuation, and capital structure restructuring. He has also worked with law firms on forensic and litigation support assignments.

Prior to joining Accordion, Jubin was an Associate Director at Getzler Henrich, where he advised management and private equity owners of middle-market companies on improving business performance and navigating them through financial crisis using data driven insights and best practice implementation.

Previously, Jubin was a private equity associate with Warburg Pincus in India, where he evaluated and executed investments in healthcare, retail, consumer, and electric power industries specializing in financial and strategic analysis, financial modeling, metrics driven business analysis, industry analysis, valuation analysis, creating and executing detailed diligence plans, and portfolio management. He has also worked with J.H. Whitney Investment Management where he carried out investment due diligence on renewable energy assets and supported fundraising activities.  He started his career in finance as an investment banking analyst with Nomura’s Asia-Pacific telecom, media, and technology (TMT) team.

Jubin holds a Master’s degree in business administration from Yale University, a Master’s degree in business administration specializing in Finance from NMIMS University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University.
