Joanne is a Senior Director with over 25 years of experience driving business integration and operational excellence.
Most recently, Joanne supported private equity firms and their portfolio companies with due diligence, productivity modeling and financial process rigor as a Principal at FCM. Joanne also has extensive international experience and cultural expertise, particularly for companies seeking to do business in China and Japan.
Prior to joining FCM, she led strategic planning and internal audit for Softcard, an early stage mobile payments company acquired by Google.
Earlier, Joanne held several leadership positions at GE, including Pricing Leader for its consumer finance business in Japan and Audit Manager for its Corporate Audit Staff. With significant experience in early- and mid-stage startups, she has a keen understanding of what it takes to achieve both measured and rapid growth.
Joanne holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and International Business from Shanghai International Studies University.
