Through 20 years of client engagements, Jim has developed deep expertise in CPM with a specific focus on planning, forecasting, and management reporting. Bringing a financial background and technical skill set to the table, he provides process and technology improvements to finance organizations across multiple verticals.
Before joining Accordion, Jim worked for a Big Four consulting firm and various other boutique consulting firms as a project lead and technical architect for numerous large-scale implementations and system integrations. In these roles, he gained valuable experience in overall business transformation, business planning and performance management, financial systems synthesis, management, and financial reporting.
In a recent client project, Jim served as the Lead Solution Architect tasked with implementing a new Oracle Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud (EPBC) application with three different frameworks: Financials, Workforce planning, and CapEx long range planning for a large state government organization. The successful solution included seasonality trending, workflow approval, and data integration with the Oracle Cloud ERP system that was implemented during the same time frame.
Jim holds a B.A. in Accounting and Finance from W&J College along with a Master’s in Information Systems from Robert Morris University.
