Jill is a Manager of Culture and Operations. Her passion lies in human behavior patterns, positive psychology, overall wellness, and connection amongst teams. She fosters this by teaching yoga onsite and facilitating group coaching circles for team collaboration, growth, and creativity.
Prior to Accordion, Jill was employee three in Outten & Golden’s San Francisco office. Over the course of nearly five years, she contributed to the firm’s scaling and recruiting efforts, the training and onboarding of new hires, event planning, and operations management. Her last project was planning and implementing a successful office relocation due to the firm’s rapid growth.
Prior to Outten, Jill was an investigator and public advocate at Arizona Behavioral Health Examiners. She conducted interviews, subpoenaed records, and trained new investigators. Her reports and testimony led to license denials and revocations in cases where therapists engaged in unethical behavior and professional misconduct under Arizona law.
Her leisure time includes varied outdoor adventures, yoga, travel, reading, and embracing quiet time at home.
