Jeffrey Pinciak

Jeff is a Vice President with prior experience working in Investment Banking and Financial Advisory. His banking background consists of completing project finance transactions for a variety of public and private entities within the transportation and infrastructure space.

Since joining Accordion, representative engagements involve working with companies in a variety of sectors including SaaS, Consumer Products, and Healthcare for portfolio companies of Summit Partners, ONCAP, and FFL. Mandates include Sell-Side Readiness, Budget Validation, KPI and Reporting Enhancements, Forecasting Process Improvement, and FP&A Support. Across engagements, he works hand-in-hand with senior management, finance/accounting, and private equity teams.

Prior to joining Accordion, Jeff was an Associate in the Transportation and Infrastructure Group at Wells Fargo Securities. Here, he focused on airports, ports, toll roads, and other transportation entities, as well as infrastructure project finance and public-private partnerships (P3).

Prior to Wells Fargo Securities, Jeff worked in the Investment Banking and Financial Advisory section at Barclays Capital. As an Analyst, he worked on infrastructure projects, acquisitions, and restructurings. Beyond traditional public finance, Jeff assisted in advising both private and public sectors on greenfield and brownfield P3 transactions, specializing in Infrastructure and Project Finance subsectors including transportation, energy, water, and social.

Before working at Barclays Capital, Jeff worked as a Senior Analyst for PFM Group. As a Financial Advisor, he designed and executed the financing strategies for cities, counties, states, and federal agencies.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the University of South Carolina.
