Jason Boo

Jason is a Managing Director with nearly 15 years of advisory and consulting experience with clients ranging from small startups to large multinational companies. Jason partners with organizations to accelerate growth by analyzing and implementing solutions for the most complex challenges that private-equity backed companies face in the ever-changing market. He has advised clients in a variety of sectors including Healthcare, Financial Services, and Technology.

Jason has significant experience working with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies to drive value creation. His experience includes developing value creation strategies, M&A synergy realization initiatives, and leveraging technology to streamline operations.

Before joining Accordion, Jason was Managing Director at Ankura in the Strategy & Performance practice, where he led Value Creation Planning and M&A Integration engagements with multiple private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies. Prior to Ankura, he served in consulting and leadership roles at Navigant Consulting and FTI Consulting where he advised clients on performance improvement through large-scale data analytics and automation engagements.

Jason graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Real Estate-Finance and from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University with a M.B.A.
