Jasel is a Senior Director in the Transaction Execution Services practice and has comprehensive experience in M&A advisory, operating, and investing roles.
Jasel has spent more than six years at Accordion partnering with C-Suite management and sponsors in M&A and capital raising situations, assisting portfolio companies with preparing for sale processes, buy-side and sell-side due diligence, corporate development, stakeholder reporting, and budgeting & forecasting. He has worked on engagements for leading private equity sponsors including Hellman & Friedman, Permira, FFL Partners, and Golden Gate Capital and has broad industry experience across software-as-a-service (SaaS), healthcare, business services, and building materials.
Prior to joining Accordion, Jasel served as an operator focused on building the company’s finance infrastructure. Prior to that, he worked at Ares Management structuring and performing due diligence on credit investments in private equity-backed companies across a broad spectrum of industries.
Jasel started his career analyzing and managing deal processes for approximately $5B of M&A and capital raising transactions as an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays Capital.
Jasel received both his M.B.A. and B.B.A. with Distinction at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
