Prior to joining Accordion, Jamie was a Director at FCM, where he helped clients plan and execute transformations that grew enterprise value. Before his time at FCM, Jamie spent 19 years shaping the delivery and enablement organizations at Nielsen, a prominent audience measurement company. As Business Process Improvement Leader for the Global Operations function, he led a team that delivered $10M in portfolio productivity. Jamie also held instrumental roles in the contact center and data delivery organizations, where his leadership drove a successful CRM platform transformation and a 12% increase in on-time client delivery despite pandemic-era logistical challenges. Earlier in his career, he spearheaded quality-focused initiatives, including a process change that improved post-acquisition delivery quality by 20%. Jamie is a graduate of Nielsen’s leadership development programs and is trained in Lean Six Sigma.
