Jake is a Director with three years of M&A advisory experience with large scale global companies in a variety of different industries. He has gained experience with divestitures and integrations, primarily within the finance workstream.
Prior to joining Accordion, Jake was a Consultant at EY Parthenon where he worked mainly on divestitures and integrations with Fortune 500 companies. He was involved in two tax free spin-offs at EY Parthenon. While on these deals, Jake’s work consisted of Day 1 readiness and separation planning, which included TSA development, Finance optimization and legal entity operationalization. Jake also worked closely on post Day 1 integrations in the aerospace & defense sector, where he assisted with synergy reforecasting and reporting.
Jake graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University with a B.S in History.
