Hayk is a Senior Director in Accordion’s Transaction Execution practice with over a decade of experience in M&A, corporate finance and operational finance.
Over the past five years at Accordion, Hayk has advised clients on sell side readiness, corporate development, stakeholder reporting, KPI development, budgeting & forecasting, merger integration, cash flow & liquidity improvement, and corporate transformation initiatives. His engagements at Accordion span across a variety of industries, including SaaS, industrial manufacturing, healthcare, consumer, and business services.
Prior to joining Accordion, Hayk was a Vice President in the Healthcare group at Barclays Capital. He spent six years in Investment Banking, at Barclays and previously at Deutsche Bank, advising clients in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and med tech industries on M&A transactions, debt financings, and equity offerings. Prior to his graduate studies, Hayk was an Analyst in Securities & Finance and Mass Torts groups of NERA Economic Consulting, a subsidiary of Oliver Wyman Group.
Hayk graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, in Quantitative Economics and International Relations. He holds an M.A. degree in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
