Hannah is a Vice President in People Operations with nearly a decade of experience supporting compensation, workforce strategy, and organizational initiatives within professional services environments. She partners with firm leadership on compensation planning, organizational design, and workforce analytics, and has significant experience managing complex employee populations across multiple geographies and business units.
Hannah leads a variety of People Operations initiatives, including annual compensation and year-end cycles, and the development of compensation structures aligned with business and market conditions. She works closely with stakeholders to support headcount planning, evaluate organizational changes, and provide data-driven insights used in strategic decision-making. Her experience also includes supporting due diligence and integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on employee data, compensation alignment, and organizational structure.
Prior to her work in People Operations, Hannah began her career in administrative and operational roles supporting recruiting, staff management, and program coordination, where she gained experience in interviewing, background screening, scheduling, and financial tracking. She also participated in the FBI Honors Intern Program, where she supported intelligence and investigative functions.
Hannah earned a Bachelor of Science from Grand Valley State University, Frederik Meijer Honors College, with majors in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
