Haemah is a Vice President and Certified Salesforce consultant / Product Owner and Project Manager with over 7 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, specializing in agile project management, product ownership, and strategic solution delivery across healthcare, life sciences, technology, high tech industries.

Before joining Accordion, Haemah spent time with Jade Global, A Salesforce summit partners specializing in High-Tech vertical customers as a Principal Consultant and more than 3 years at Deloitte Canada, where she excelled in multiple roles managing complex, multi-workstream Salesforce implementations.

Haemah’s industry expertise spans multiple sectors with deep specialization in healthcare and life sciences. She has led Health Cloud implementations for patient intake processes, care programs, and appointment management systems, leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud analytics to build care plan adherence dashboards. Her work in the healthcare sector includes implementing supply management features, license and application management solutions, and citizen portal functionalities. Beyond healthcare, she has delivered Salesforce solutions for technology companies, high-tech enterprises, laboratory instrumentation providers, and retail organizations, demonstrating versatility across diverse business models and regulatory environments.

Haemah holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Finance degree from the University of Madras. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), SAFe Agile Scrum Master, SAFe Agile Product Owner/Product Manager.
