Gina is an Associate within Accordion’s Human Resources & Recruiting team. She has four years of recruitment and people team experience within the technology start up space.
Before joining Accordion, Gina spent close to two years at Stripe as a Recruiting Coordinator and supported the Business and Core Functions of the business. She worked to ensure that each candidate had a positive interview experience. Her experience includes working on a global team and scheduling interviews for candidates in Latin America, Europe, and Asia. Additionally, she was very involved within Stripe and helped to organize virtual and in person events for the NYC office.
Gina started her career in the nonprofit sector and later became a teacher. She made the move to tech and joined a small start up as a sales intern. She was one of the first employees and helped scale the team, built out processes, and worked to create a culture that brought everyone together.
Gina graduated from Montclair State University with a B.A. in family and child studies and a minor in Sociology.
