Erica is a Senior Director with more than a decade of experience working across financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, data analytics and accounting. Her expertise spans various industries including healthcare, technology, manufacturing and retail with companies ranging from mid-size to large multinational corporations.
Since joining Accordion, Erica has helped clients enhance visibility into their financial and operational performance to drive business insights and progress towards strategic initiatives. Erica leverages extensive data modeling and analytics to enhance reporting and planning processes in a dynamic environment. She has worked across budget & forecast redesign and automation, financial and operational reporting packages, KPI metric design, liquidity development & management, product profitability, general board and executive reporting enhancement and data model development utilizing various business intelligence tools. Erica has also worked across cross-functional transformative engagements where she evaluated the current state environment and developed new processes including standing up the performance management structure, budget and management reporting based on best-in-class standards for the company’s strategic initiatives.
Prior to Accordion, Erica was a Manager at Ernst & Young in the Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures practice. She provided buy-side and sell-side financial diligence on M&A transactions to strategic corporate and financial buyers from pre-acquisition diligence through the post-closing purchase price adjustment. Shes was also responsible for utilizing data analytics, driving the data analytics initiative and training the team.
Erica started her career in assurance services at Ernst & Young. In this role, she provided financial assurance services to public and private clients, verifying Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and providing Initial Public Offering assurance fieldwork in the Cambridge, MA office.
Erica graduated Summa Cum Laude from University of Massachusetts Amherst, Isenberg School of Management and Commonwealth Honors College.
