Eric Salit is a Director with nearly a decade of experience spanning a variety of sectors including Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, and M&A integration/separation. He focuses primarily on end-to-end integration with expert relationship management, project management, and value creation for several types of deal structures, including: Carve-outs, Transition Services, Divestitures, Assets, and Stocks. Eric specializes in preparing companies for post-close Day 1 readiness, as well as leading 100-day planning and execution.
Prior to Accordion, Eric was manager, Corporate Development/Transaction Services/M&A at Accenture, where he led numerous carve-outs and integration programs. Significant transactions include Seabury Consulting & Meredith Xcelerated Marketing, where he led their TSA negotiations/implementations and overall integration efforts. During his time at Accenture, Eric was heavily involved in developing TSA playbooks, Integration playbooks, and helping migrate the overall project plans for Accenture’s future integrations to a cloud-based system.
Prior to joining the Accenture M&A team, Eric helped lead global pricing for outsourcing & consulting engagements for deals >$25M (completing $.5BN in transactions over his career). Eric also has deep expertise in business cases for clients’ strategic long-term operational goals.
Before Accenture, Eric held numerous positions as a real estate finance and management analyst for a few companies based in New York City.
