Emily is a Director at Accordion, supporting the Performance Improvement group’s executive team in coordinating key initiatives and optimizing internal processes to ensure seamless operations across the organization.
Previously, she was Chief of Staff at FCM, a consulting firm supporting private equity portfolio companies. Earlier, as part of FCM’s human resources (HR) practice, she facilitated the people-related aspects of organizational transformation for FCM clients.
Her unique combination of program management rigor and HR operations knowledge supported significant value creation for clients, including a Fortune 500 company’s delivery of $40M in savings through the resolution of crucial data discrepancies and another company’s realization of over $56M in cost savings within six months.
Emily received her BA in Exercise Science at the University of Iowa.
