Elizabeth Hendricks is a Vice President with over 15 years working within the consulting industry, with most of that time focused on Operations.
Before joining Accordion, Elizabeth served as the Operations Manager for Pinnacle Healthcare Advisors. Elizabeth reviewed agreements and provided leadership with clear insight into strategic and risk-related implications. She supported employee onboarding from offer letter through systems enablement, ensuring new hires were set up for high performance on day one. Elizabeth partnered closely with leadership to develop the annual budget, translating revenue targets and profitability goals into operationally grounded financial plans. Throughout the year, she analyzed budget-versus-actual performance and delivered timely insights that helped the executive team adjust tactics and allocate resources effectively.
Elizabeth brings a disciplined, cross-functional approach to building scalable infrastructure, strengthening controls, and enabling organizational growth. Elizabeth graduated from Central Michigan University with an M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology and has both PHR and SPHR certifications.
