Craig Patterson is a Director with more than two decades of experience in the medical device and life science industry. With extensive expertise in strategic and operational finance, Craig has been involved in several M&A transactions and has raised over $70M in equity/debt.
Representative Accordion engagements include Healthcare and Energy sectors. Craig has been involved in engagements for portfolio companies of Trilantic Capital Partners and Altaris Capital Partners.
Before joining Accordion, Craig spent more than two decades working in the medical device, life science sectors and a brief stint in the software/VR sectors. He was the CFO of Autonomic Technologies, Inc., a neuromodulation medical device start-up company treating chronic headache, where he helped set up the European organization and raised over $70m in equity/debt during his tenure. As the CFO he managed all aspects of Finance, Investor Relations, HR, IT, Facilities, and Legal.
Prior to this he worked for over 13 years for Boston Scientific in various roles of growing responsibilities. In his last role at Boston Scientific, he was the Divisional Controller of the EP Division with full P&L and Balance Sheet responsibilities. As the Divisional Controller he helped the division grow from $55M to $170M and improve its gross margins by 20 basis points.
Craig also has over 7 years of International experience working for both Thermo Fisher Scientific as well as Boston Scientific in Europe. Rounding out his career, Craig has also worked for KPMG in the audit division as well as brief stint in SaaS and Virtual Reality sectors.
Craig graduated from NYU Stern School of Business and Administration with a Master of Science degree and is a CPA (non-active status).
