Prior to joining Accordion, Andrew was an Associate at FCM where he engaged with FCM’s private equity portfolio company clients, supporting key transformation programs. With a background in business analytics and operations, Connor specializes in organizational optimization, impact modeling and tracking, and project governance.
Connor graduated from Rollins College with a B.A. in international business.
