Cara is a Vice President with nearly eight years of cash management, corporate banking, and process automation experience ranging from small family-owned business to large multinational companies, both PE backed and publicly traded.​

Since Joining Accordion, Cara provided interim Treasury and FP&A support for a SaaS Portfolio Company, building a detailed Long Term Indirect Cash Forecast model, enhancing the current 13-week Direct Cash Forecast process, and developing a cash and liquidity dashboard leveraging her experience with Treasury Management Systems.

In addition, Cara was part of a cross-functional transformative engagement for a large healthcare company undergoing a CPM implementation. She executed a bottoms up annual operating budget compatible with future state, post implementation, and aligned with strategic initiatives. Cara utilized her experience with data modeling and analysis to enhance KPI design for management reporting.
Before joining Accordion, Cara spent over four years working in Corporate Treasury, where she specialized in cash flow analysis, worldwide liquidity management, and domestic and foreign banking requirements. As a senior analyst, Cara gained experience presenting detailed cash forecasts to C Suite executives and PE sponsors.​

Cara also has nearly three years of business analysis experience, where she focused on increasing reporting capabilities and adding visibility to key company performance metrics, exercising her wide range of financial and mathematical modeling skills.​

Cara obtained her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Keene State College, where she graduated as Vice President of the Mathematics Honors Society.​
