Brett is a Vice President of Client Development with nearly a decade of experience in Business Development and Talent Management. His career has covered a variety of sectors including Private Equity, Management Consulting, Alternative Investment Management, and Strategic Advisory. Consistently recognized as one of the top advisors across the industry, Brett has successfully advised on and completed several high-profile human capital engagements for clients within the Private Equity Advisory space.
Before joining Accordion, Brett spent over three years helping to launch and co-manage a boutique PE Advisory firm. While focusing primarily within the Human Capital/Talent and Operations side of the business, he also helped the company acquire some of the top consulting firms as clients and new strategic partners. He prides himself on his ability to build and cultivate sustainable, long-standing relationships across the industry.
Throughout his career, Brett has developed and executed many noteworthy and complex engagements, including the implementation of cost-effective outsourcing models for clients, Talent Management build-outs, and Executive placements.
