Bram Spiessens

Bram is a Vice President of Talent Acquisition with more than 15 years of experience in scaling tech and non-tech teams, both in-house and at agencies.

Prior to Accordion, Bram spent nearly a decade at Google, where he was an instrumental early member of the Google Cloud recruiting team. Joining as one of the first five recruiters, he helped build the talent acquisition engine from the ground up, a foundational effort that supported the organization’s 20x headcount expansion. During his tenure, he partnered with senior leadership to scale numerous Go-To-Market, technical, and consulting teams.

Following his time at Google, he transformed recruiting functions at the global law firm White & Case, where he led a team of recruiters and later streamlined global operations. Bram’s background also includes early-career experience at Accenture and in agency recruiting, where he specialized in placing technology talent within the financial services industry.

Bram grew up in Belgium where he attended Ghent University.
