Asha is a Managing Director and senior finance executive who empowers global businesses to unlock value and grow margins.
Prior to joining Accordion, she led FCM’s Finance practice and key client engagements. Asha’s successful track record spans 20+ years at two world-class corporations, and now the portfolio companies of leading private equity firms. Before FCM, she was Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of HSBC North America Retail Bank & Wealth Management, and led HSBC’s global transformation as CFO of its $2B+ re-engineering initiative. Earlier, Asha was CFO of GE’s Partnership Marketing Group, where she partnered with five CEOs to define and execute a strategic turnaround plan, eventually orchestrating a successful sale of the business. She is also a graduate of GE’s prestigious Financial Management Program and Corporate Audit Staff.
Asha holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University, a BS. in Economics and Biology from DePauw University, and has completed the Asian American Executive Program at Stanford University.
