Anand is a Senior Director and versatile operations leader who helps companies navigate quickly and successfully through big transformations.
Prior to joining Accordion, Anand was a Principal at FCM, where he planned and managed programs in support of privately backed acquisitions, carve-outs and transformations. Prior to joining FCM, Anand built 15 years of experience in operations, procurement and M&A across the Americas, Asia and Europe. He spent five years at EY, where he led separation readiness and provided post-close stabilization support for a $3.2B divestiture; led organizational design, advised on procurement and operations strategy and managed Brazil start-up activities for a global $3.4B carve-out; and led finance integration planning for a $26.2B acquisition in the technology sector. Anand previously worked for Siemens Energy and Industry and graduated from its world-class Operations Leadership Development Program.
Anand graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in electrical engineering and received his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
