Aiman is a Vice President in the Human Resource department with nearly a decade of experience in people management. She has worked with multinationals as well as mid-size companies covering Talent Engagement, Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Organizational Development and Change Management. She was leading the Employee Relations team in Accordion India before she moved to the US People team. During her stint in India, she worked with senior leaders to drive key cultural changes and played an advisory role in all people matters.
Before joining Accordion, Aiman was working with a leading MNC in India, Tata Consultancy Services as a business partner and talent engagement specialist for key accounts.
Given her varied experience, she has expertise in managing various aspects of employee lifecycle and globalization of HR processes.
She carries a PGDM in Human Resources & Marketing from Institute of Management Technology and has an accounting background with Bachelor’s in commerce education.
