Adnan Usman

Adnan is a Vice President with over four years of Investment Banking and Corporate Finance Advisory experience with U.S. clients ranging from mid to large-cap companies across a wide range of industries including TMT, Healthcare, and Diversified Industries. Adnan specializes in cash flow analyses / forecasting, corporate valuations, capital structure advisory, and creditworthiness.

Prior to Accordion, Adnan spent three years at TD Securities, where he was responsible for running the overall analytical stream of the lending/syndication process. He has worked on transactions such as bank debt financings for general corporate purpose, M&A, and recapitalizations for a wide spectrum of corporate clients. His experience also includes debt underwriting for various leveraged buyout transactions for financial sponsor clients. During his tenure at TD, Adnan advised on over 40 transactions with a total value of >$1.5B and fulfilled credit portfolio management duties for a total of 72 companies accounting for >$3B in aggregate exposure.

Before joining TD Securities, Adnan served in an Analyst capacity for boutique Investment banks that specialize in M&A and Equity Capital Markets.

Adnan graduated with a B.B.A in Finance & Investments and a Minor in Political Science from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch CUNY.
