Abby is a Vice President with four years of advisory, process and performance improvement experience with clients ranging from small, private equity backed portfolio companies to large multinational companies. Abby specializes in providing consultative services to the middle-market, primarily serving as an advisor to the Finance function during large transformational liquidity events.

Before joining Accordion, Abby worked in Transaction Advisory at Stout providing finance function stabilization and integration support for companies in a post-transaction environment. During her time at Stout, Abby operationalized process assessment results with initiatives across the Finance function, assisted in target operating model construction and build-out, advised in ERP selection and implementation, and developed pro-forma financial models alongside due diligence teams.

In addition to process initiatives, Abby has also provided guidance on technical accounting matters across ASC 805 Business Combinations, ASC 842 Lease Accounting, and ASC 606 Revenue Recognition.

Her experience includes projects in several industries, including healthcare, HVAC, digital media, oil & gas, utilities, and wholesale market maker spaces.

Abby started her career working in Business Performance Improvement at Protiviti, where she spent time assisting with Public Company Transformation and IPO Readiness Support for large corporations preparing for exit. In addition, she supported the Transaction Services team, primarily supporting the Integration Management Office and producing M&A Playbooks for future client transactions.

Abby graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Finance.
