The promotions include executives spanning Accordion’s practice areas: Operational & Technical Accounting, Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis, CFO-Driven Transformation, CFO Technology, Transaction Execution, Public Company Readiness, Interim Leadership, and Turnaround & Restructuring. Included in today’s announcement are two notable senior promotions to Managing Director:

Sarah Bailey, Managing Director, Operational & Technical Accounting: Sarah has extensive experience helping companies improve their financial accounting operations, with a focus on clients in the healthcare space. While she primarily assists companies post-acquisition, her work spans across the transaction life cycle, and includes carve-out services, pre-acquisition due diligence, and post-merger integration. Sarah has also acted as an interim CFO and developed board reporting materials for clients.

Sarah has experience in a variety of healthcare sectors, including physician practices, hospitals, pharmaceutical, medical device, and information technology, and is a subject matter expert in healthcare provider revenue recognition.

Sarah has led engagements for portfolio companies of H.I.G., FFL Partners, LightBay Capital, VSS, Elliot Management, and New Mountain.

Barclay Stanton, Managing Director, Strategic Financial Planning and Analysis: Barclay has over 15 years of experience in startups, middle-market private equity, public company finance, operations, and management. As an advisor and an operator, he has developed expertise in creating value in high-growth and/or integration-intensive environments, where processes and infrastructure are nascent or nonexistent.

At Accordion, Barclay has partnered with clients in consumer/retail, SaaS, education, manufacturing & distribution, and business services. His engagements focus on unifying and analyzing data across disparate data environments while developing statistical models, data analytics, and business processes to support rapid and tangible business outcomes.
