Accordion’s panel at Private Equity International’s Operating Partners Forum New York – hosted by Nick Leopard, CEO & Founder of Accordion – brings Operating Partners and CFOs together to discuss Operating Partner-CFO alignment and strategies for a successful partnership. The panel will cover:

Meet the Moderator:

Nick Leopard
CEO & Founder, Accordion
Nick Leopard is the Founder & CEO of Accordion: a 1,400+-person financial consulting firm uniquely focused on private equity. Since founding Accordion in 2009, Nick has grown the firm through a mission of a “better way to work in finance,” prioritizing a people-first culture that breeds great client outcomes. He has also overseen six acquisitions that have expanded the firm’s data & technology-rooted solutions across the entire investment lifecycle—cementing Accordion role as the go-to partner for building the PE-backed CFO of the future.

Meet the Panelists:

Travis Krueger
Managing Director, GTCR
Travis joined GTCR in 2005 and is currently a Managing Director. Travis focuses on GTCR’s portfolio valuation and monitoring and investor relations activities. He is a Certified Public Accountant and previously worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in its Assurance practice. Travis holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago, and a B.S. in finance and accounting from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Andrew Walshe
Director, North American Operating Team, Strategic Value Partners
Mr. Walshe is a member of the North American investment team and is an operating professional. Prior to joining SVP in 2022, Mr. Walshe was the architect and leader of the portfolio operations team at Sightway Capital, a Two Sigma company. While at Sightway, he focused on due diligence, value creation and financial transformation across a portfolio of financial services and real asset companies. In addition, he was a member of the valuation and ESG committees. Prior to Sightway, Mr. Walshe was a member of Marlin Equity’s portfolio operations group and served various finance leadership functions across Marlin’s portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Walshe was a senior consultant with PwC and A&M in their respective transaction advisory practices.

Bob is a leader & finance executive with a track record of matching execution with strategy to drive improved results in global organizations. He has led three private equity portfolio companies through successful exits. His industry expertise includes Industrial B2B, Defense Government Contracting, Defense Electronics, and Consumer Products.
