Role Description

Reporting to the President, the Product Management leader partners with our Practice Leaders to ensure all of Accordion’s practices continue to evaluate and refine our consulting products by providing product management expertise, methodologies, and roadmaps.

The Ideal person will have a deep technical background in financial consulting, a track record of strong execution capabilities in a matrixed environment, and a history of building strong partnerships while delivering high impact business results. Most importantly, you’ll bring deep customer empathy, balanced with a laser focus on delivering the right functionality to serve those needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leads the execution of product evaluation and recommended improvements through product management analysis, including client interviews, win-loss analysis, and other sentiment analysis.
  • Stays abreast of and keeps the organization informed of changes in the marketplace and innovations that could improve our products
  • Advises Practice Leaders on recommendations to improve products, including emerging skillsets, expertise, tech solutions, and partnerships
  • Partners with People and Finance teams to assist in the organization design planning and talent development areas of focus that will propel our products forward
  • Designs and facilitates sessions to better inform our teams of our products and opportunities to help them improve

Qualifications

  • Ideally have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in consulting with exposure to a variety of projects and industries
  • Have a keen interest and passion in leading product management efforts across a spectrum of financial consulting practices
  • Proven knowledge of financial consulting services and products
  • Experience driving projects with cross-functional colleagues
