Technical Architect – NetSuite (CFO Technology)

Accordion’s CFO Technology Practice effectively and efficiently delivers the digital services and solutions to support organizational strategic initiatives.

Our CFO Technology experts work cross-functionally — alongside practitioners from all corners of Accordion — to arm CFOs with the appropriate digital solutions needed to implement the team’s business process recommendations and to capitalize on value creation opportunities. From ERP, CPM, Analytics, Data Integration, RPA, and beyond, CFO Tech provides finance leaders with a single, objective partner capable of delivering from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with consulting and solution delivery team members to develop effective NetSuite solutions by identifying business requirements and translating requirements into specific NetSuite functionality
  • Effectively configure and customize client NetSuite environments to develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders
  • Participate and lead workshops to define implementation strategy
  • Identify and apply best practices while configuring NetSuite for specific client requirements
  • Conduct and oversee internal testing to validate solutions and effectively perform user acceptance testing on client NetSuite environments
  • Experience designing integrations, including familiarity with integration platforms (Dell Boomi, Celigo) currently available and their compatibility with NetSuite.
  • Attend pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort with sales team members
  • Provide general customer service and assistance to clients and serves as the ‘go-to’ resource for client and team members on all project related inquiries
  • Train end-users on specific processes and application
  • Collaborate with Solution Architect and Project Team to provide oversight and coaching and development opportunities to other team members and manage client deliverables

           

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • 3-5+ years of NetSuite implementation or optimization experience
  • 2+ years managing teams
  • Previous experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement an ERP, CRM, and point solutions
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report) is required
  • Previous experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement an ERP, CRM, and point solutions
  • Consulting experience in other business applications including QuickBooks, Intacct, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc. is a plus
  • Software as a Service (SaaS) or Cloud experience is a plus
  • Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant a plus
  • Understanding of various NetSuite modules including, “NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management”, “Advanced Manufacturing”, etc.
