CFO Technology
Accordion’s CFO Technology Practice effectively and efficiently delivers the digital services and solutions to support organizational strategic initiatives.
Our CFO Technology experts work cross-functionally — alongside practitioners from all corners of Accordion — to arm CFOs with the appropriate digital solutions needed to implement the team’s business process recommendations and to capitalize on value creation opportunities. From ERP, CPM, Analytics, Data Integration, RPA, and beyond, CFO Tech provides finance leaders with a single, objective partner capable of delivering from strategy to execution.
This position must be based in one of our office locations as listed above and is a hybrid role. Candidates will need to be local to the areas, with opportunities for remote work 2-3 days per week.
What You’ll Do:
We are looking for certified NetSuite Managers to join our fast growing full time team. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with clients to prepare & manage objectives, scope, project plan, timeline, budget & resource plan for NetSuite implementations
- Work directly with clients to document business requirements and translate them into specific NetSuite functionality
- Collaborate with functional and technical team members to develop effective NetSuite solutions
- Manage the effective transition of requirements to the delivery team, ensuring a clear & complete understanding of requirements
- Identify risks & manage mitigation plans in close collaboration with clients
- Facilitate weekly status meetings with clients & prepare weekly status reports
- Provide NetSuite consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, business analysis, best practices and a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients most complex requirements
- Effectively configures and customizes client NetSuite environments to develop proof of concepts and present sustainable solutions to client executives and key stakeholders
- Provides general customer service and assistance to clients and serves as the ‘go-to’ resource on all project related inquiries
- Attends pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort with sales team members
- Supervise, mentor and develop junior consultants and business analysts on application and implementation methodology
Ideally, You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Management Information Systems
- Certification as a NetSuite ERP Consultant
- Minimum 4 to 5+ years of NetSuite consulting experience including multiple full life cycle NetSuite implementations
- Demonstrated understanding and expertise of NetSuite data model/configuration and transaction flows in one or more of the following areas: Lead-to-Order, Order Management/Fulfillment, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and/or Record-to-Report
- Proficiency in Inventory & Warehouse Management modules in NetSuite
- Proficiency in designing/developing NetSuite custom records, forms, segments, fields, workflow, Saved Search, Saved Reports, permissions/roles, and CSV import
- Certification in ARM, Multi-book Accounting and other NetSuite Certifications are a big plus
- Experience working on projects with iPaaS platforms such MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Celigo or Jitterbit
- Previous experience and ability to gather business requirements and effectively implement an ERP, CRM, & PSA solutions
- Previous industry/functional experience in Financials, Accounting, Manufacturing, Software, Wholesale Distribution, Services, Retail, Enterprise, General Business
- Excellent client relation skills, organization, & prioritization capabilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

- A self-starter with a strong work ethic

- Someone who enjoys mentoring others and doing meaningful work
