Ayla Queiroga: The Big Four Reasons I Joined Accordion

The Big 4 Reasons I Joined Accordion

Former Manager of the international finance and accounting department at Daymon Worldwide, Ayla Queiroga shares her big four reasons for joining the Accordion team:

The People

How many people are actually being truthful when they say they like the people they work with? Not many. But the constant entrepreneurial energy and knowledge around Accordion make it the best place I’ve ever worked. There is always a positive feeling in the office – a vibe that makes it so welcoming and comforting to return to after I’ve been on the road (or onsite with a client).

The Unknown

It’s really exciting for me to be part of a company that is growing, building, and expanding in countless ways. The paths are being outlined and developed – and every team member is asked to lay the foundation of the firm’s future. Being a part of the bigger picture and actually contributing to it are two very different things, but at Accordion, you get to do both.

The Opportunity

No two companies are alike. No two jobs are alike. As a person, you’re forced to continuously expand and grow while best adapting your skill-set and knowledge to the situation. I have learned and experienced so much since joining Accordion. As long as you want to grow as a person and a professional, Accordion provides the opportunities to do so.

The Vision

At its core, Accordion is about changing the way the business world sees consultants. We are “doers” who add value and serve as a support group for PE firms and their portfolio companies. It all comes down to future thinking – how can our skill-sets help a company adapt to PE ownership and create value?
