Eden Cai

Eden Cai is a Director in Accordion’s Strategic Finance practice, where she advises private equity-backed companies and their leadership teams on strategic finance initiatives that improve performance visibility, decision-making, and value creation. She brings a blended background across finance, data, and analytics.

Eden has served clients across SaaS, healthcare, business services, industrials, and benefits administration. Her work spans a range of business and investment lifecycle situations, including post-close integration, exit readiness, operational scaling, distressed and special situations, and IPO readiness.

Her experience includes forecasting and budgeting, management and board reporting, KPI design, data warehouse and BI dashboard implementation, revenue and ARR analytics, and cash flow planning.

Prior to joining Accordion, Eden worked in family office investing and consulting, supporting investment evaluation and strategic advisory engagements. She began her career at KPMG in China, advising clients on financial digitization and performance improvement initiatives. Eden holds an M.S. in Finance from the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School and a bachelor’s degree in International Accounting (ACCA) from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies. She is a CFA charterholder and FRM holder.
