Andrew Holroyd

Andrew is a Director with three years of experience in corporate development, corporate finance, and investment banking. He specializes in sell-side readiness and corporate development on the Transaction Execution Services team.

Before joining Accordion, Andrew was a Corporate Development Manager at Greentone, a leading Canadian cannabis cultivator. In this role, he focused on growing the company through M&A, partnerships, and other revenue management initiatives. Prior to this, he was a Strategy Analyst at Zenabis, where he collaborated with senior leadership on projects relating to corporate finance and corporate strategy. Andrew started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Agentis Capital, a boutique investment bank that specializes in Infrastructure.

Andrew has experience working on all stages of the M&A process, from target identification to post-acquisition integration. In addition, he has significant experience in financial modeling for multiple industries, including consumer packaged goods, transportation, renewable energy, and agriculture.

Andrew graduated with distinction from Ivey Business School and holds a degree in Honors Business Administration.
