Justin is a Vice President in Accordion’s Strategic Finance practice with more than seven years of corporate finance and advisory experience.
With Accordion, Justin has worked on some of the firm’s largest Strategic Finance engagements, including the builds of bottoms-up annual operating plans, the design and implementation of enhanced management reporting packs, the creation of multi-year sales and revenue forecasting processes, development of transfer pricing models, CPM implementation, and interim FP&A support. He has partnered with the management teams of Private Equity Sponsor-backed companies across a variety of industries, including aerospace and defense, FOB operators, healthcare, SaaS, and financial services.
Prior to joining Accordion, Justin worked in multiple corporate finance roles at Bell Flight, a Fortune 500 subsidiary and large defense contractor and manufacturer. His primary responsibilities included month-end forecasting and accounting, quarterly program reviews, budget management, and annual operating plan creation, among other traditional FP&A activities. His experience also included program finance, business partnering, pricing and estimating, and wrap rate analysis.
Justin began his career in Textron’s Leadership Development Program, working at Textron Specialized Vehicles. While in the program, he gained experience in financial modeling, creating and reporting KPIs, incorporating acquired businesses into the company and its financials, as well as traditional financial planning and analysis work.
Justin graduated from Miami University with a B.S. in Finance.
