Anuj Desai is a Director of AI Product with nearly a decade of experience in product management, AI product strategy, and digital transformation, specializing in building and scaling data-driven products across fintech, prop-tech, automotive, and healthcare.
Prior to joining Accordion, Anuj served as Lead Product Manager at BlueFlame AI, an AI startup building retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic workflow automation tools for investment managers, which was acquired by Datasite. As the company’s first product hire, he defined the multi-year AI product vision, established product practices, and shaped the strategic narrative that contributed to the acquisition.
He launched a unified global search product leveraging RAG and semantic search that achieved 100% customer adoption within three months, and led the rollout of Blueprints, a multi-step agentic workflow solution that lifted ARR by 400%. Earlier, Anuj was a Senior Product Manager at Findigs, where he directed end-to-end product strategy for a rental decisioning platform serving 5M+ renters and 300K property managers, implementing fraud detection and KYC identity verification that reduced fraud by 75%. He also served as a Senior Product Manager at Tesla, where he owned the global rollout of a self-service vehicle trade-in experience across 35 markets in North America, EMEA, and APAC, and began his career as a Product Manager at Cigna, leading the Find Care and Costs mobile and web experience and launching a COVID Testing Locator in 11 days that served 3M+ daily users.
Anuj brings deep expertise in translating emerging technologies, particularly AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows, into products that deliver measurable business outcomes. Across his roles, he has built and scaled cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and designers, implemented OKR frameworks and agile development lifecycles, and driven revenue growth through analytics-informed roadmap prioritization and user research. His experience spans B2B SaaS for financial services, consumer and enterprise mobile applications, and internal operational platforms used by thousands of employees, with a consistent focus on aligning executive stakeholders, engineering, and go-to-market teams around a unified product strategy.
Anuj holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut.
