Sam is an Associate with three years of investment banking experience in debt capital markets.
Prior to Accordion, Sam was an analyst at Citizens Financial Group in the Capital Markets and Advisory Group, where she helped originate, structure, and execute leveraged finance transactions across the pro-rata and institutional loan markets. She supported transactions across multiple industry verticals, with a focus on healthcare and TMT clients.
Before joining Citizens Financial Group full-time, Sam was a Summer Associate at Accordion within the Turnaround & Restructuring practice in the New York City office.
Sam graduated from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth with an MBA, where she was a Forté Fellow. She earned her B.S. in Finance and Economics from the George Washington University School of Business.
