For the last decade, Arun has focused on modernizing data ecosystems for McKinsey clients, leveraging AWS, Azure, and Snowflake to deliver high-impact business solutions. A trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, he employs Agile frameworks and design thinking to lead cross-functional teams and mentor top talent. As a co-founder of McKinsey Digital Labs (MDL), he was instrumental in scaling global practice delivery by developing playbooks for data architecture and governance.
