Veronica is a Director with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle driving financial performance improvement, operational transformation for large-scale system implementations across complex health systems. She specializes in revenue integrity transformation, Epic revenue cycle optimization, and aligning operational workflows with scalable technology solutions that improve cash flow and overall revenue performance.
Veronica has led multiple Epic revenue cycle implementations from initial build through go-live and post–go live optimization, consistently delivering enhanced workflows, automation strategies, and measurable operational efficiencies. She works closely with executive leadership to reduce AR and CFB days, improve clean claim rates, strengthen charge capture accuracy, and eliminate revenue leakage. Her expertise spans hospital billing (SBO and non-SBO), claims management, denials reduction, CDM strategy, vendor integration, regulatory edits, and system automation initiatives.
